Different ways to build resilience

You can choose differently, along a path that fits you exactly

Personal coaching, a tailored organizational solution or an audience session: each path is shaped around the people and the goal.

About me

Some things can be felt before a word is spoken

I am Elena Driga, a resilience specialist, certified Master NLP practitioner, holder of a Master of Arts (MA) in Public Administration, group facilitator and lecturer.

My path into the world of resilience began long before my professional training. After immigrating to Israel, I grew up in a residential school that became a meaningful home, served in the IDF as a welfare NCO and led educational and community initiatives in Israel and abroad. Through those experiences, I learned firsthand about adaptation, belonging and responsibility, and how inner strength and resilience can emerge precisely through challenge.

Later, I managed community resilience and worked with individuals, groups and organizations facing pressure, change and uncertainty.

As a mother of two daughters and a woman who knows challenge, change and responsibility firsthand, I bring to the process not only professional knowledge and tools, but also a deep understanding of life itself.

Today I combine life experience, systems thinking and tools from NLP, resilience research, neuroscience, emotional regulation and guided imagery to help people calm their nervous system, understand what activates them, let go of old patterns and build the capacity to choose even when life is turbulent.

I do not see a person as a problem to be fixed.

I see someone who has been through things, developed ways to survive and can now learn a new path: steadier, more conscious and freer.

Presence

Quiet. Depth. Curiosity.

A little more about me

Beyond the titles, there is a path. And there is a reason.

Behind the professional work is a woman who chose to turn experience, sensitivity and hands-on leadership into a language that gives people back their confidence, inner order and freedom to choose.

Why resilience?+

For me, resilience is not toughness. It is the ability to stay connected to yourself even when life moves fast, feelings overflow and the path is unclear.

What did hands-on leadership teach me?+

That sometimes a person doesn't need another explanation. They need someone who can see the whole picture, identify the key point and help create order within the noise.

What happens in the room?+

We are in no rush to unpack everything at once. We start where you are, clarify a meaningful goal together and build a path that honors your feelings, your pace and your real life.

A sentence that stays with me+

Resilience is not being strong all the time. Resilience is knowing how to come back to yourself when the system has lost its balance.

The approach

NLP, brain science and resilience research as tools for inner change

A precise blend that helps identify thought patterns, triggers, limiting beliefs, inner language and automatic reactions, then work with them in a focused, sensitive and gradual way.

How the brain and nervous system respond

In plain words
Our senses gather endless information, and the brain quickly decides what matters, what is dangerous and what can be ignored.
At a professional level
Processes of intake, filtering, framing and appraisal in the nervous system, including the link between the defense system, the body and automatic reactions.
An everyday example
When you walk into a room and immediately feel uncomfortable, that is not "random intuition." It is your system detecting something and reacting before you consciously understand why.
What this means in the process with me
Together we learn to notice when the system goes on alert, and how to help it step down from defense when there is no real danger.

The journey

What does the process look like?

The path to resilience starts here.

  1. 01

    We start where you are

Every process begins with getting to know each other and understanding where you are. In the first session, we clarify the goal together using the SMART model: what exactly matters to you, how we will recognize progress, and what is both possible and right for you now.

    Precision before action

Before releasing the arrow, sharpen the aim

    +

In our first meeting we will not rush to “solve everything.” First we stop, breathe, listen deeply and understand where we really need to aim.

Because deep change does not start with running forward. It starts the moment the goal becomes clear: what really matters to you, what you want to change, and what needs to happen for you to feel that you are moving in the right direction.

    Precision. Direction. Action.

As with a bow and arrow: before releasing the arrow, you refine the grip, the breath, the gaze and the direction. And when the goal becomes clearer, the path toward it becomes quieter, wiser and more precise.

In the first stage, we shape a goal that truly belongs to you. Not merely one that looks good on paper, but one that respects where you are, your pace, your values and your real life.

Using the SMART model together with tools from the world of NLP, we create clarity around five key questions:

    Specific
    S

What exactly do you want to change, achieve or experience differently?

The aim is not to pile another goal on top of your life. The aim is to sharpen direction, create inner clarity, and build a process that feels right, possible and truly connected to you.

  2. 02

We build a path that fits you

Together we identify the patterns of thought, emotion and behavior that shape your responses, then combine NLP, insights from brain science and practical tools in a process tailored to you.

  3. 03

    Moving forward with confidence

The goal is not only to help you face what matters today, but also to build resilience and tools that will support you through tomorrow's challenges, so you can choose your own path even when life surprises you.

A meaningful process requires continuity and commitment. In most cases, weekly sessions and an initial framework of at least 8 meetings are recommended.

Organizations · Talks · Workshops

Resilience in organizations starts with people who can stay present under pressure

Talks and workshops that give employees, teams and managers practical tools for coping with stress, burnout, change and uncertainty, in clear, professional language grounded in real field experience.

A talk that creates a shared language
Resilience is not the absence of pressure. It is the ability to stay present, think clearly and choose the next step even as pressure rises.

In a professional talk, employees and managers gain a clear language for understanding stress responses, alongside practical tools they can immediately apply to daily work, decision making and team communication.

Three important questions

Questions that come up before we begin

How will I know whether the process may fit me?+

That is exactly what the introductory conversation is for: clarifying the need, goal and expectations, then checking the approach, pace and tools together — without an automatic commitment.

What happens in the first meeting, and must I share everything?+

We begin with what feels comfortable and relevant now. You do not need an ordered story or to disclose every detail; together we clarify what matters and what a first step may be.

How is privacy protected?+

Information is handled discreetly and carefully, in line with the privacy policy and duties that apply in risk situations or under law. You may ask about the exact boundaries during the introductory conversation.
