Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 26 July 2026
Elena Driga considers accessible services and information for people with disabilities an important value. We continuously work to improve the accessibility of the website and services so they can be used as respectfully, comfortably and equally as possible.
Legal and technical framework
The website is undergoing ongoing accessibility improvement in line with Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758–1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773–2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568 Part 1 at level AA, which is based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines. This statement describes implemented adaptations and known limitations; it is not a certification by an accredited body.
Website accessibility
The elenadriga.co.il website is adapted for desktop and mobile display and was built with semantic structure, keyboard use, readability, contrast and assistive technologies in mind. The accessibility menu provides additional display options, but it does not replace built-in website accessibility.
Adaptations implemented on the site
- Page and heading structure designed to support orientation with assistive technologies
- Keyboard navigation and operation for key website controls
- A visible focus indicator for buttons, links and interactive elements
- Alternative text for informative images wherever possible
- Color contrast and text readability reviewed as part of ongoing website improvements
- Clear labels and instructions for form fields
- Responsive display across different screen sizes
- RTL and LTR support in Hebrew, English and Russian
- Options for text size, contrast, grayscale, link highlighting, a readable font, paused animations and a larger cursor through the accessibility menu
- Accessibility preferences stored in the browser, subject to device and browser settings
Accessibility at in-person locations
Please note: the two in-person locations, in Ashkelon and Tel Aviv, are currently not wheelchair accessible. A remote meeting can be held via Zoom by prior arrangement. To discuss additional adaptations or individual accessibility needs, please contact Elena before scheduling an in-person meeting.
Known accessibility limitations
- Some videos and media content may not include complete captions, transcripts or audio descriptions
- Third-party components and links to external services, including WhatsApp and social networks, are subject to the accessibility provided by the external service operator
- Some older content, images or documents may not yet be fully accessible
We continue to review and improve the website’s accessibility. If particular content is not accessible to you, you may contact Elena and request the information in an alternative accessible format. The request will be reviewed and handled within a reasonable time according to its nature.
Complaint procedure
If your accessibility inquiry was not handled to your satisfaction, you may contact the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at Israel’s Ministry of Justice through the government online service.
Submit a complaint to the Commission
Governing language
This document was originally written in Hebrew. In the event of any discrepancy between the Hebrew version and translations into other languages, the Hebrew version prevails.
